间充质干细胞来源外泌体在移植物抗宿主病中的研究进展

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)是一种多能干细胞,具有自我更新分化、免疫活性和抗炎的潜力。异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,allo-HSCT)是目前恶性血液病最有效的治疗方案,但移植后移植物抗宿主病(graft-versus-host disease,GVHD)的存在,阻碍了allo-HSCT的发展。目前已证实,间充质干细胞来源的外泌体(MSC-derived exosome,MSC-exo)在allo-HSCT和GVHD方面有广阔的治疗前景。本文现就MSC的免疫调节作用、MSC-exo的生物活性以及MSC-exo对于GVHD治疗及预防作用等的研究进展做一综述,旨在为未来GVHD的治疗提供新的思路。 Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are pluripotent stem cells with self-renewing differentiation,immunoactivity and anti-inflammatory potentials.Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)is currently the most effective treatment for hematologic malignancies.However,the presence of graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)after transplantation has hindered the development of allo-HSCT.MSC-derived exosomes(MSC-exo)derived from mesenchymal stem cells have been confirmed to have broad therapeutic prospects in allo-HSCT and GVHD.This review focused upon immunomodulatory effects of MSC,biological activities of MSC-exo and research advances of MSC-exo on managing GVHD,aiming to provide new therapeutic rationales for GVHD in the future.
