摘要
光子晶体滤波性能的研究对于未来设计和制造高性能的光学元件有着重要意义。本文以(AB)_(3)(CD)_(3)(AB)_(3)类型的光子晶体为例,通过光学传输矩阵方法研究入射角度对带有缺陷一维光子晶体滤波性能的调制作用。研究表明,入射角度对光子晶体通过TE模禁带范围有较大影响,而入射角度对TM模禁带范围影响较小。若入射角度增大时TM模和TE模透射峰之间的间距不发生改变,而透射峰均发生向高频方向位移。
Through the research on the filtering performance of photonic crystals,the great significance is embodied in the design and manufacture of high-performance optical components in the future.In this paper,two photonic crystals of(AB)_(3)(CD)_(3)(AB)_(3) are taken as an example.The optical transfer matrix method is adopted to study the modulation effect of incident angle on the filtering performance of one-dimensional photonic crystals with defects.According to the results,it indicates that the incident angle has a great influence on the band gap of TE wave,while the incident angle has little influence on the band gap of TM wave.The spacing between the transmission peaks of TM mode and TE mode does not change when the incident angle increases,while the transmission peaks are all shifted to the high frequency direction.
