Research progress on risk prediction models of incontinence associated dermatitis in critically ill patients

失禁相关性皮炎是全球一大皮肤问题。风险预测模型可筛选出失禁相关性皮炎高风险患者,从而早期识别并干预。该文综述了失禁相关性皮炎风险预测模型的基本情况、构建方法、预测性能等内容,以期为临床医护人员实施皮肤预防管理提供参考,但应全面纳入危险因素,并注重模型的推广应用。

Incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)is a major skin problem worldwide.Risk prediction model can screen out high risk patients of IAD,so as to identify and intervene early.This paper reviewed the basic situation,construction method and prediction performance of risk prediction model of incontinence-associated dermatitis,so as to provide reference for clinical medical staff to implement skin prevention management.However,risk factors should be comprehensively included,and emphasis should be placed on the application of the model.
