清末河南近代报刊诞生艰难历程初探

Preliminary exploration on the difficult course of the birth of Henan Modern Newspapers and periodicals in the late Qing Dynasty

对比各地近代报业的产生,河南有着不同于沿海等地近代报刊的产生过程,不仅有别于多数地方新闻纸均发端于外报的常规,从新式报刊进入地方,到自办近代报刊的过程亦曲折艰难。清廷政府对新式报刊的政治态度是影响河南办报进展的关键,第一份带有近代化色彩的本地报刊《汇报辑要》,是国内戊戌思潮下的产物。《汇报辑要》与当地古代报刊《省塘京报》共存了相当长的时期,但在体例和内容上,已经有了质的不同。《汇报辑要》对各新闻纸内容的选辑形式,成为本土近代报刊的雏形,开启了河南近代报刊的发展历程。

Compared with the emergence of modern newspapers in various places,Henan has a different process from that in other coastal areas.It is not only different from the routine that most local newsprint originated from foreign newspapers,but also has the tortuous and difficult process from new newspapers to local newspapers go so far as to self-run modern newspapers.The political attitude of the Qing government towards the new newspapers and periodicals has always been the key to the progress of running newspapers in Henan.The first local newspaper with modern color which named the Summary of Assemble Newspaper was the product of the thoughts of 1898 and coexisted with the local ancient newspaper,the Provincial-Pond Capital Newspaper for a long time.But there are essential differences in terms of style and content between the two newspaper.The select forms of the Summary of Assemble Newspaper for various kinds of newspapers became the embryonic form of the local modern newspapers and periodicals meanwhile opened the develop course of Henan modern newspapers and periodicals.
