多规格铸坯自动对中设备研究与设计

摘要 在连铸生产线中,多规格铸坯在辊道上的运行过程中,会容易跑偏,导致铸坯移动至后续翻钢机等设备时,铸坯偏离于原先的设定位置,影响后续设备的工作。根据不同规格铸坯的特点,研究现有防偏装置存在的问题,设计了一种新型适用于多规格铸坯的自动对中设备,针对其控制原理、安装方式、对中同步性进行充分研究,运用数字化三维仿真软件进行模型建立,设计出该设备。该设备结构原理简单、制造成本较低且能够在翻钢机和辊道上的狭小空间内实现对中设备的安装,自动化程度高,减小了人工干预,具备较高的应用价值。 For the continuous casting production line,during the operation on the roller table,the running deviation of multi-specification billets is more likely to occur,causing the billets to deviate from the original setting position while moving to the subsequent equipment such as the turnover device,which affects the operation of the subsequent equipment.In this paper,the problems of existing deviation prevention devices are studied based on the characteristics of different specifications of casting billets,and a new type of automatic centering equipment applicable for multi-specification casting billets is designed.The control principle,installation method and centering synchronization are fully studied,and a digital 3D simulation software is adopted to establish the model and design the equipment.The equipment has a simple structure principle,low manufacturing cost,and can be installed in a narrow space on the steel turnover device and roller table.It has a high degree of automation,reduces manual intervention,and has high application value.
