大型土工离心机高速吊篮加工技术研究

Research on Machining Technology for High-speed Hanging Basket of Large Geotechnical Centrifuge

摘要 通过选择合理工艺方案,从优化切削刀具及数控程序等方面入手,成功解决了高速吊篮的加工难题,最大限度地保证了加工质量,研究出了一种高效且精确的加工方式,该技术研究对同类零件的加工具有很好的借鉴意义。 By selecting a reasonable technological plan and optimizing cutting tools and CNC programs,the machining problems of high-speed hanging baskets have been successfully solved,the machining quality has been assured to the maximum extent,and an efficient and accurate machining process is developed.The research on this technology has good referential significance for machining of similar parts.
