铜板带车间物流智能化设计工艺特点与分析

摘要 近年来,随着市场需求的变化,对铜板带材质量和性能的稳定性要求越来越高,传统生产方式已无法很好地满足当前市场,智能制造成为铜板带行业的一个重要发展方向。结合铜板带的生产特点和企业智能制造的发展现状,重点对铜板带生产车间的原辅材料、废料、设备检修等物流运输智能化的工艺需求和智能制造的难点进行了分析,主要包括平面库房、高架库房、物流方向、设备接口、运输工具、线路规划、车间布置等,对智能制造工厂规划和设计有一定指导意义。 In recent years,with the changes in market demand,the requirements for the stability of the quality and performance of copper plate and strip have become increasingly high.Traditional production methods cannot well meet the current market,and intelligent manufacturing has become an important development direction in the copper plate and strip industry.Combining the production characteristics of copper strip and the development status of enterprise intelligent manufacturing,this paper focuses on analyzing the process requirements for intelligent logistics transportation such as raw and auxiliary materials,waste materials,and equipment maintenance in copper strip production workshops,as well as the difficulties of intelligent manufacturing,mainly including planar warehouses,elevated warehouses,logistics directions,equipment interfaces,transportation tools,line planning,and workshop layout,which have certain guiding significance for the planning and design of intelligent manufacturing plants.
