中西医结合治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的研究进展

Research progress in treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis by integrated Chinese and Western medicine

血栓性浅静脉炎(STP)是周围血管疾病中的常见疾病之一,是血液在浅静脉血管内发生异常凝固而形成血栓,堵塞血管,导致血液回流受阻,从而引起一系列临床症状的一类疾病。STP的发病部位以四肢多见,还会出现于胸壁、会阴等其他特殊部位,少数可呈游走性发作,也可反复发作。发病人群主要以老年和女性多见,也可发生于青壮年。由于其早期症状相对较轻,容易被人们忽视,未及时或未接受合理的治疗则会导致很严重的并发症甚至死亡。近年来,STP的发生率持续上升,但目前其最佳治疗方法尚不明确,中医疗法、西医(又称现代医学)疗法层出不穷,本文结合近年来国内外相关文献,对STP的发病原因、危险因素、中西医相关背景、诊断及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Superficial thrombophlebitis(STP)is one of the common diseases of peripheral vascular disease.It is a kind of disease in which blood clots abnormally in superficial veins and forms thrombus,which blocks the blood vessels and leads to the blockage of blood return,thus causing a series of clinical symptoms.The onset of STP is usually in the extremities,but also in other special areas such as chest wall and perineum,a few of which can be wandering or recurrent.The onset of the disease is mainly in the elderly and women,but can also occur in young adults.Because of its relatively mild early symptoms,it is easy to be ignored,and failure to receive timely or reasonable treatment can lead to very serious complications or even death.In recent years,the incidence of STP has continued to increase,but the optimal treatment is still unclear,and there are numerous treatments by Chinese and Western medicine(also known as modern medicine).This paper reviews the research progress on the causes,risk factors,background related to Chinese and Western medicine,diagnosis and treatment of STP,taking into account the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years.
