经颅直流电刺激患者不良反应的表现、原因与规避

摘要 经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)是一种非侵入性脑电刺激方法,在认知神经科学领域受到广泛关注。但tDCS在治疗过程中患者会产生不同程度的不良反应,如刺激部位会有轻微的瘙痒、刺痛或烧灼感。为有效降低不良反应的发生,需评估tDCS在不同条件下的安全性。本文就tDCS所导致的患者不良反应表现作一综述,分析其产生原因和规避方法,为今后安全指南的制定提供参考。 Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)is a noninvasive electrical brain stimulation method and has attracted wide attention in the field of cognitive neuroscience.However,patients may experience varying degrees of adverse events during tDCS treatment,such as slight pruritus,pricking pain,and burning sensation.In order to effectively reduce adverse events,it is necessary to evaluate the safety of tDCS under different conditions.This article reviews the adverse events caused by tDCS and analyzes related causes and methods for avoidance,so as to provide a reference for the development of safety guidelines.
