摘要
基于英国EEMUA PUB NO 159-2017标准的评价思路,采用半定量的风险评估技术对一台汽油常压储罐罐顶进行了风险评估,给出了基于GB/T 26610.2-2022的检验策略,采用阵列脉冲涡流技术对罐顶进行了在线检测。结果表明,基于EEMUA PUB NO 159-2017的半定量风险评估技术可以指导罐顶的检验,阵列脉冲涡流技术可实现高检测效率与高灵敏度的结合,两种技术的结合使用在一定程度上代替了传统罐顶的检测方法,具有较大的工程应用和推广价值。
Based on the evaluation idea of the British standard EEMUA PUB NO 159—2017,a semi-quantitative risk assessment technology was used to assess the risk of a gasoline atmospheric storage tank roof,an inspection strategy based on GB/T 26610.2—2022 was given,and an array pulse eddy current technology was used to conduct online inspection of the tank roof.The results show that the semi-quantitative risk assessment technology based on EEMUA PUB NO 159—2017 can guide the inspection of tank roof,and the array pulse eddy current technology can achieve the combination of high inspection efficiency and high sensitivity.The combination of these two technologies has replaced the traditional inspection method of tank roof to a certain extent,and has great engineering application and promotion value.
