摘要
某甲醇洗涤塔管线用304不锈钢弯头在使用过程中发生开裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、断口分析、金相检验等方法,分析了弯头开裂的原因。结果表明:弯头发生了应力腐蚀开裂,弯头的焊缝焊接质量较差、残余应力较大以及在含硫元素的腐蚀环境中服役等因素共同导致了该弯头发生开裂。
The 304 stainless steel elbow of a methanol scrubber pipeline cracked during use.The causes of elbow cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,fracture analysis and metallographic examination.The results show that stress corrosion cracking occurred on the elbow,which was caused by poor welding quality,high residual stress and service in corrosive environment containing sulfur elements and other factors.
