摘要
以TRPO为改性剂,研究了采用Mextral■6104H/异壬酸协萃体系从红土镍矿浸出液中萃取镍。结果表明:TRPO浓度0.5 mol/L、萃取平衡pH=5.0条件下,镍萃取率可达95%以上;反萃取平衡pH=1.0条件下,反萃取率达98%以上,且对萃取速率和反萃取速率影响较小,均能在较短时间内完成;Mextral■6104H/异壬酸/TRPO协同反萃取镍的反应呈正协同效应,理论级数为两级萃取、两级反萃取。改性剂TRPO对羟肟/羧酸协萃体系可改善常温条件下镍的反萃取动力学,从而简化萃取分离流程,减少碳排放,降低运行成本。
The extraction of nickel from laterite nickel ore leaching solution using Mextral■6104H/isonanoic acid synergistic extraction system was studied using TRPO as modifier.The results show that under the conditions of TRPO concentration of 0.5 mol/L and extraction equilibrium pH=5.0,the nickel extraction rate can reach more than 95%.Under the condition of stripping equilibrium pH=1.0,the stripping rate can reach more than 98%,and the influence on the extraction rate and stripping rate is small,which can be completed in a short time.The reaction of Mextral■6104H/isononaic acid/TRPO synergistic stripping of nickel has a positive synergistic effect,and the theoretical stage is two-stage extraction and two-stage stripping.TRPO modified hydroxyexime/carboxylic acid system can improve the stripping kinetics of nickel at room temperature,thus simplifying the extraction and separation process,reducing carbon emissions and reducing operating costs.
