Intelligent Construction Ideas for Smart City Infrastructure under The Background of"New Infrastructure"

为更好地响应和落实国家提出的“新基建”相关政策,提高智慧城市基础设施建设水平,促进社会经济水平快速发展,文章提出一套行之有效的智慧城市基础设施智能化建设方案。首先,介绍城市基础设施及发展方向。其次,根据城市设施主要功能与应用,从城市智能交通基础设施建设、数据中心与云控平台建设、智能化服务场景建设、基础设施全生命周期数字化改造升级四个方面入手,研究城市基础设施重点建设领域。最后,探讨城市基础设施建设策略,以期能为科学地开展基础设施建设工作提供重要的借鉴和参考。

In order to better respond to and implement the relevant policies of"new infrastructure"proposed by the country,improve the level of smart city infrastructure construction,and promote rapid socio-economic development,the article proposes an effective intelligent construction plan for smart city infrastructure.Firstly,introduce the urban infrastructure and development direction.Secondly,according to the main functions and applications of urban facilities,the key construction fields of urban infrastructure are studied from four aspects:urban intelligent transport infrastructure construction,data center and cloud control platform construction,intelligent service scenario construction,and digital transformation and upgrading of infrastructure throughout the life cycle.Finally,explore strategies for urban infrastructure construction,in order to provide important reference and reference for scientifically carrying out infrastructure construction work.
