摘要 为改善计算机辅助创新(Computer Aided Innovation, CAI)系统缺乏需求获取与创新求解一体化问题,拓宽产品思维,提高产品设计效率,基于场景数字孪生和发现问题解决算法ARIZ,提出用于智能家电产品设计的CAI系统。通过构建CAI系统理论模型,运用家电场景和产品数据,建立了智能家电场景数字孪生体,用于场景讨论和产品思维拓宽,产出精准高效的产品设计需求,并融合改进ARIZ-85AS算法对需求进行分析,形成产品概念设计方案。基于SpringBoot和Vue前后端分离思想进行CAI系统的框架设计,阐述了各层的关键实现技术,开发了智能家电产品CAI系统平台,并基于CAI系统进行视障料理锅实例设计,验证CAI系统的可行性,实现了产品需求挖掘、系统分析和创新求解的一体化应用,为产品CAI设计提供参考。 In order to improve the issues of lacking the integrated research of demand acquisition and innovation solution in current computer-aided innovation(CAI)system,a CAI system for smart home appliance product design was proposed based on scene twin and algorithm of inventive-problem solution to further broaden product thinking and improve product design efficiency.The samrt appliance scene digital twin was established according to construct a theoretical model of CAI system based on twin and ARIZ algorithm,and the accumulated home appliance scenarios and product data,which were used to scenarios discussion and product thinking expansion,producing accurate product design requirements.The ARIZ-85AS algorithm was integrated to further analyze and design the requirements,forming the final product concept design scheme.The CAI system frame design was performed based on the front-end and back-end separation frameworks of SpringBoot and Vue.The key implementation technologies of each layer were explained.A CAI system plaform for smart home appliances was designed and developed.An example of visually impaired cooking pot was designed based on the CAI system to verify the feasibility of the CAI system.The CAI system realized the integrated application of product demand mining,system analysis,and innovation solution,which provided references for related CAI product design.
