摘要
经济贫困和文化观、法治观“双观”异化是引发甘孜州G监狱服刑人员犯罪动因的主要异化因素,“受教育程度低”和“教育供求失衡”是服刑人员犯罪动因中“异化因素”形成的主因。甘孜州G监狱以“犯罪动因消减”为理论基础,构建了由“服刑人员甄别分类机制”“犯罪动因分类消减机制”“多元主体协同教育机制”组成的“分类—多元”教育改造系统。
Economic poverty and"dual view"alienation are the main alienation factors that trigger the criminal motives of prisoners in G Prison in Ganzi Prefecture."Low education level"and"imbalance between education supply and demand"are the main reasons for the formation of"alienation factors"in the criminal motives of prisoners.Based on the theoretical foundation of"reduction of criminal motives",G Prison in Ganzi Prefecture has constructed a"classification diversity"education reform system consisting of a"screening and classification mechanism for prisoners",a"classification and reduction mechanism for criminal motives",and a"multi subject collaborative education mechanism".
