摘要
介绍了一种基于工业机器人的导板修复技术,该技术主要针对因磨损严重而失效的导板进行补焊及打磨修复。首先通过对失效导板进行三维扫描和建模,利用布尔差运算获得磨损部位三维模型。然后使用3D切片软件对模型分层及路径生成。再通过离线编程软件规划运动轨迹并生成程序。最后利用工业机器人进行焊接和打磨。实现了对导板的自动化修复。该技术可以有效地提高导板的焊接效率和质量,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces a kind of guide plate repair technology based on industrial robot,which mainly aims at repair welding and grinding repair of the guide plate that fails due to serious wear.Firstly,through the three-dimensional scanning and modeling of the failure guide plate,the three-dimensional model of the wear part has been obtained by Boolean difference.3D slicing software has been used to layer the model and generate the path.Then the motion trajectory has been planned and generated by offline programming software.Finally,industrial robots have been used for welding and grinding.The automatic repair of the guide plate has been realized.This technology can effectively improve the welding efficiency and quality of the guide plate,and has a wide application prospect.
