轧机扁头套再制造技术研究与应用

Research and Application on Refabrication Technology for Flat-head Cover of Rolling Mill

以吉林建龙1450 mm粗轧机扁头套再制造为例,从两方面着手研究,一是与焊材厂家合作开发一种药芯焊丝,用气体保护焊替代焊条电弧焊;二是自主设计一款堆焊操作机,利用PLC程序控制伺服电机,实现远距离控制焊接,操作更便利,同时解决传统人工堆焊效率低、焊接质量不稳定等问题。

Taking the refabrication of flat-head screw cover of Jilin Jianlong 1450mm rough rolling mill as an example,the research is performed from two aspects.Firstly,a kind of flux-cored welding wire is developed jointly with the welding material manufacturer,adopting the gas shielded welding process instead of shieled metal arc welding process.Secondly,a kind of surfacing manipulator is designed independently,controlling the servo motor with PLC program and realizing the remote-controlled welding.It is easier in operation and can solve the issues such as low efficiency of traditional manual surfacing and unstable welding quality.
