飞机起落架锻件磁粉检测方法优化

摘要 飞机起落架作为重要安全功能部件,是飞机的主要承力构件,质量保障对于飞机整体性能和使用安全具有重要影响。磁粉检测常用于起落架锻件缺陷检测的无损检测技术之一。由于飞机起落架锻件体积较大、形状复杂、检测灵敏度高等特点,导致磁粉检测的难度较大,在实际生产过程中对检测技术、检测设备、磁化规范、磁化方法、磁场强度、磁悬液浓度等工艺参数的对比优化,实现起落架锻件全表面的磁粉检测及最佳的缺陷磁痕显示亮度和对比度。 As an important safety functional component,the landing gear is the main load-bearing component of the aircraft.Quality assurance has an important impact on the overall performance and safety of the aircraft.Magnetic particle testing is one of the non-destructive testing techniques commonly used in defect detection of landing gear forgings.Due to the large volume,complex shape and high detection sensitivity of aircraft landing gear forgings,the magnetic powder detection is difficult.In this paper,the detection technology,detection equipment,magnetization specification,magnetization method,magnetic field strength,magnetic suspension concentration and other process parameters have been compared and optimized in the actual production process to realize the magnetic particle testing of the whole surface of the landing gear forgings and the best defect magnetic mark display brightness and contrast ratio.
