聚多巴胺修饰的碳纳米管对复合介质薄膜电学性能的影响

摘要 首先采用多巴胺在碳纳米管(CNTs)表面进行原位自聚合形成聚多巴胺(PDA),构筑了新型纳米杂化材料.然后,将其引入至聚芳醚腈(PEN)基体中制备得到PEN基复合介质薄膜.通过对复合材料的热学、力学和介电等性能进行研究发现,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、拉伸强度和介电常数均得到了有效增强,其中Tg提高了约10℃,拉伸强度提高了17%,介电常数提高了207%.综上所述,通过PDA界面修饰的CNTs在一定程度上提高了PEN基复合材料的综合性能,为制备高性能介质材料提供了一条有效途径. Dopamine was used to self-polymerize on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)to form polydopamine(PDA),and a novel nanohybrid material was constructed.Then,it was introduced into the polyarylene ether nitrile(PEN)matrix to prepare a PEN-based dielectric materials.Through the study of the thermal,mechanical and dielectric properties of the composites,it was found that the glass transition temperature(T_g),tensile strength and dielectric constant were effectively enhanced.The T_g is increased by about 10℃,tensile strength by 17%,and dielectric constant by 207%.In summary,CNTs modified by PDA improved the comprehensive performance of PEN composites to a certain extent,and this study provides an effective way for the preparation of high-performance dielectric materials.
