超声纳米体系的构建及其在抗肿瘤应用中的研究进展

摘要 恶性肿瘤易转移、易扩散、易侵袭、特异性强等特点对人类的健康造成巨大的威胁.因此,治愈肿瘤尤为重要.超声波治疗具有非侵入性、安全性、高效性和经济性,在肿瘤的靶向治疗中获得了极大的成功,被誉为“不见血的手术刀”.随着纳米技术的发展,纳米材料与超声技术的有机结合极大的改善了超声的治疗效果,有力地推动了超声在临床上的应用.以高强度聚焦超声和声动力疗法两种超声治疗手段为基础,详细阐述基于纳米材料的超声介导下肿瘤治疗的研究进展,重点介绍纳米材料如何改善超声治疗的策略,最后总结并展望基于纳米材料的超声治疗在生物医学应用中可能面临的挑战和发展前景. Malignant tumors are prone to metastasis,spread,invasion and specificity,which pose a great threat to human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to achieve treatment of tumors.Ultrasound therapy is non-invasive,safe,efficient and economical,and has achieved great success in tumor targeted therapy,known as a“bloodless scalpel”.With the development of nanotechnology,the combination of nanomaterials and ultrasound has greatly promoted the clinical application of ultrasound.Based on the two ultrasound treatment methods of high-intensity focused ultrasound and sonodynamic therapy,this article elaborates the research progress of nanomaterial-based ultrasound-mediated therapy in cancer,focuses on how nanomaterials can improve the strategy of ultrasound therapy,and finally summarizesthe possible challenges and development prospects of nanomaterial-based ultrasound therapy in biomedical applications.
