基于阻抗分析的可靠性数据回收装置设计

摘要 针对弹载飞行结束后,极端环境的作用下,存储器内部状态不明无法读数的情况,设计了一种集阻抗测试与数据回读于一体的数据回收装置。该装置能够对存储器进行精确阻抗分析,误差控制在1%之内,结果反馈至上位机。并且,针对由于以太网硬件电路跨时钟域设计造成的实地数据回读时约0.195%的误码率,设计了重传协议。目前,该设备能够实现0%误码率将数据回读。综合多次实地炮击试验现场读数的结果表明,该装置阻抗测试效果好,数据回读可靠性强,系统可以稳定运行。 Aiming at the situation that the internal state of the memory is unknown and cannot be read under the condition of extreme environment after the missile-borne flight, a data recovery device integrating impedance testing and data readback is designed. The device can perform precise impedance analysis on the memory, the error is controlled within 1%,and the results are fed back to the upper computer. Targeting at the symbol error rate(SER)of 0.195% of on-site data readback, caused by the clock domain crossing(CDS)design of the ethernet hardware circuit, an Ethernet retransmission protocol is designed to reliably read back the internal data of the memory with the symbol error rate of 0%. The results of the on-site readings of multiple on-site shelling tests show that the device has good impedance test effect and strong data readback reliability, and the system can run stably.
