电力超长距光传输系统中低噪声指数国产化EDFA设计及系统应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 特高压输电线路是我国新基建的重要组成部分,受限于当前国际环境和我国地理环境的影响,电力通信网络长距离、国产化还面临着诸多问题。设计了一款基于国产化器件,采用波长优化、窄带滤波器级联、泵浦功率非均匀分配等技术的全国产化的超低噪声指数的EDFA,通过仿真设计和实验,分别验证了超低噪声指数放大器及其构成的电力超长跨距SDH系统,可实现250 km G.652光纤、51 dB跨度的电力通信网络光传输系统。 Ultra-high voltage(UHV)power transmission line is an important part of the new national infrastructure. Limited by the geographical factors of China and the impact of the current international environment, the power communication network also has many problems in the long distance transmission and domestic production. A nationally produced EDFA with ultra-low noise figure is designed based on domestic devices, by adopting wavelength optimization, narrow-band filter cascading, and pump power non-uniform distribution technologies. Through simulation and experiment, the ultra-low noise figure amplifier and SDH system are verified respectively, and 250 km(G.652 optical fiber)51 dB span optical transmission system can be realized.
