摘要 调光技术在照明行业非常重要,保证调光过程平稳并在100%范围内调光是当前研究的热点。提出一种有源功率因数校正(APFC)且具有恒流稳压功能的PWM调光驱动电源,对功率因数校正电路,恒流限压电路和调光电路进行详细设计分析。针对单一调光芯片控制电路存在输出不稳,无法实现全范围调光的问题,采用STM32单片机和调光控制芯片HV9910相结合进行控制。最后制作样机并进行测试分析,该调光电源输出电流精度控制在2%以内,功率因数在0.93以上,在额定输入电压下效率达到85%以上,在0~100%范围内调光且调光过程平滑无闪烁。 Dimming technology is very important in lighting industry, and ensuring smooth dimming process and dimming in 100% range is the focus of current research. A kind of active power factor correction(APFC)PWM drive power supply with constant current and voltage stabilizing function is presented. The power factor correction circuit, constant current voltage limiting circuit and dimming circuit are designed and analyzed in detail. Since the output current of single dimming chip control circuit is unstable and the full range of dimming can not be realized STM32 microcontroller unit and the dimming control chip of HV9910 are adopted to control the dimming part. Finally, the LED driver is tested and analyzed, the output current precision of the dimming power supply is controlled within 2%,the power factor is above 0.93,the efficiency is above 85% under the rated input voltage, and the dimming process is smooth and flicker free within the range of 0-100%.
