益阳市生态环境与经济社会发展耦合协调的时空分异研究

The Spatiotemporal Differentiation of the Coupling and Coordination of Ecological Environment and Economic and Social Development in Yiyang City

引入耦合度和耦合协调度函数构建生态环境与经济社会耦合协调发展的评价指标体系,通过测算2012—2021年益阳市生态经济社会复合系统的耦合度、协调度和综合发展值,对城镇化进程中益阳市生态环境与经济社会协调发展水平进行定量评价,并对测算结果进行时序和空间的对比分析。结果表明:从时序的动态演变上看,益阳市的生态环境与经济社会协调发展水平于2017年从初级协调发展到中级协调,且协调发展水平呈现逐步上升趋势;从空间分布上看,2012年有2个县处于勉强协调状态,4个县处于初级协调状态,2017年有4个县处于初级协调状态,2个县处于中级协调状态,2021年全部县(区、市)都实现了中级协调,其中沅江和赫山的协调发展水平最优,南县和桃江次之,资阳和安化相对较差。

The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree functions are introduced to build an evaluation index system for the coupling and coordinated development of the ecological environment and economic society.By measuring the coupling degree,coordination degree and comprehensive development value of the ecological,economic and social complex system of Yiyang City in the 10 years from 2012 to 2021,the level of coordination of Yiyang City's ecological environment and economic society in the process of urbanization is quantitatively evaluated,and the measured results are compared in time and space.The results show that from the dynamic evolution of time sequence,the coordination of ecological and economic environment in Yiyang City has developed from primary to intermediate level in 2017,and the coordinated development shows a gradual upward trend.From a spatial distribution perspective,in 2012,2 counties were in a bare coordination in ecological and economic environment,4 counties were in a primary coordination,in 2017,4 counties were in a primary coordination,and 2 counties were in an intermediate coordination.In 2021,all counties(districts and cities)achieved intermediate coordination.Among the 6 counties(districts and cities),Yuanjiang and Heshan had the best coordination,followed by Nanxian and Taojiang,and Ziyang and Anhua had relatively weak coordination.
