强化内地主塑、推进两岸共塑与防范外部“他塑”——两岸命运共同体构建的文化路径研究

Strengthening China's mainland Self-Construction,Promoting Cross-Strait Co-Construction and Guarding against External"Others'Construction":Research on the Cultural Path to the Construction of a Cross-Strait Community of Shared Future

两岸统一不仅是形式上的统一,更重要的是两岸同胞的心灵契合。在两岸命运共同体构建过程中,内地应积极主塑,充分发挥主体角色和主导力量,并适时主动出击和主动作为,加强两岸命运共同体顶层设计和路径规划。同时,在群际互动基础上两岸应加强共塑,逐步消解岛内“主体性想象”和“准领土错觉”。此外,要防范岛内“台独”分裂势力和美日等外部势力对于两岸关系性质的“他塑性建构”,防止将所谓“台湾认同”与中国认同对立并置,防范“台湾共同体”“中国台湾地位未定论”等谬论扩散蔓延;发挥主体能动性,以攻为守,强化议程设置,构建共有观念,以两岸合塑消解“他塑”;引导岛内民众认识到所谓“台湾认同”只是作为下位概念的乡土情怀,而中国认同才是作为上位概念的家国认同;以“大一统”观念重构中国台湾民众对于历史地理坐标体系的认知,逐步提升中国台湾同胞对于中华民族的认同感、归属感和自豪感。

The reunification of the two sides across the Taiwan,China strait is not only the unity of form,but more importantly,the spiritual harmony of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.In the process of constructing the cross-Strait community of shared future,the Chinese mainland should fully leverage its main role and leading force and take the initiative to strengthen the top-level design and path planning.At the same time,on the basis of inter-group interaction,the two sides of the Strait should strengthen co-constructing,and gradually dispel the"imagination of subjectivity"and"quasi-territorial illusion"on the island.In addition,it is necessary to prevent"the other construction"by the"Taiwan independence"separatist forces on the island and the external forces such as the United States and Japan,to prevent the juxtaposition of the so-called"Taiwan Residents identity"and Chinese identity,and to prevent the spreading of the"Taiwan community"and"Taiwan's undetermined status".We should take the initiative to strengthen agenda setting,build the concept of common ownership,and coordinate to eliminate"construction by others".We should guide Taiwan residents to realize that the so-called"Taiwan identity"is only a subordinate concept as local feelings,and Chinese identity is the identity of the country as a superior concept.We should reconstruct the Taiwan,China residents'cognition of the historical geographic system with the concept of"great unification",and gradually enhance Taiwan compatriots'sense of identity,belonging and pride of the Chinese nation.
