摘要
目的探討標準算法與肺算法重建技術對低劑量胸部薄層CT圖像質量的影響。方法收集2020年1月~2020年10月行胸部低劑量CT平掃的患者。應用GE Revolution 256層寬體探測器CT掃描儀,所得原始數據分別採用標準算法及肺算法進行重建,由一名資深技師與兩名高年資放射科醫師共同觀察,對各個病灶(磨玻璃結節、實性結節)的顯示圖像質量進行評估比較並打分,對比分析2組病灶2種不同重建算法的顯示效果。結果102例患者進行了胸部低劑量CT檢查。其中實性結節101個,磨玻璃結節45個。以上2組病灶2種不同重建算法的顯示效果中,磨玻璃結節在兩種算法中具有顯著差異(P<0.01)。實性結節病灶未見明顯統計學差異。結論與肺算法相比較,標準算法對於磨玻璃結節的顯示有優勢,對實性結節的顯示相似。
Objective To investigate the impact of the standard algorithm and lung algorithm reconstruction technology on the image quality of low-dose chest thin-slice CT.Methods Patients who underwent low-dose chest CT scans from January 2020 to October 2020 were collected.Using a GE Revolution 256-slice wide-body detector CT scanner,the obtained raw data were reconstructed using standard algorithms and lung algorithms.A senior technician and two senior radiologists were jointly observed.The image quality of ground-glass nodules and solid nodules were evaluated and scored,and the display effects of two different reconstruction algorithms were compared and analyzed in the two groups of lesions.Results Low-dose CT of the chest was performed in 102 patients.Among them,101 were solid nodules,and 45 were ground-glass nodules.Among the display effects of two different reconstruction algorithms for lesions in the above four groups,the ground-glass nodules were significantly different between the two algorithms(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in solid nodule lesions.Conclusion Compared with the lung algorithm,the standard algorithm has advantages in the visualization of ground-glass nodules and similar visualization of solid nodules.
