中国共产党生态文明思想的发展脉络与演进逻辑——基于党的八大至党的二十大报告的分析

Development Thread and Evolution Logic Concerning Ecological Civilization Thought of the Communist Party of China:Based on the Report Analysis of the Party′s 8th to 20th National Congresses

新中国成立以来,中国共产党人从理论和实践两方面探索生态文明建设规律,总结经验,提出了一系列具有时代和民族特色的思想,形成了中国共产党生态文明思想。运用关键词语分析法,以党的八大至党的二十大的党代会报告为文本依据,结合历史研究中国共产党生态文明思想的发展脉络和演进逻辑。研究发现,新中国成立以来中国共产党生态文明思想发展经过了四个阶段,即萌芽探索时期(党的八大至党的十一大)、起步发展时期(党的十二大至党的十四大)、稳步推进时期(党的十五大至党的十七大)和整体构建时期(党的十八大至党的二十大)。中国共产党生态文明思想的演进逻辑主要体现在五个方面,即依循与创新马克思恩格斯生态思想的理论基础演进、从二元主体到多元主体高效联动的主体认识演进、从推动经济发展到建设美丽中国的战略目标演进、从与经济发展统筹谋划到“五位一体”总体布局的谋划方略演进、从人与自然和谐到人与自然和谐共生的现代化生态意蕴演进。

Since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,Chinese Communists have been exploring the law of ecological civilization construction from both theoretical and practical aspects,summing up experience,and putting forward a series of thoughts and strategies with the characteristics of the era and the nation,constructing the unique thought of ecological civilization of Chinese Communists.The study uses keyword analysis method,bases itself on the reports of the Party Congress from the 8th to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)as the text,combines with the history of the development of the Communist Party of China ecological civilization thought and evolution logic.It is found that since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,the development of the CPC ecological civilization thought has gone through four stages,namely,the embryonic exploration(from the 11th National Congress of the CPC),the initial development(from the 12th to the 14th National Congress of the CPC),the steady development(from the 15th to the 17th National Congress of the CPC)and the overall construction(from the 18th to the 20th National Congress of the CPC).The evolutionary logic of the Communist Party of China mainly is mainly embodied from five aspects:the theoretical base evolution of the compliance and innovation concerning the Marx-Engels ecological thought,the subjective cognition evolution of the effective coordination from dual to multiple subjects,the strategic target evolution from driving economic development to building China into a country with a good environment,the strategic evolution from economic development planning to the“Five-sphere Integrated Plan”,and the modern ecological evolution from the man-nature harmony to the man-nature harmonious coexistence.
