高钙鲜牛奶对卵巢切除大鼠骨骼及血清骨标志物的影响 被引量:1

Effect of high calcium fresh milk on bone and serum bone markers in ovariectomized rats

摘要 为了研究富含乳钙和VD的鲜牛奶对卵巢切除大鼠骨骼健康的影响,将24只十二周龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组,一组进行伪切除手术,其余3组进行双侧卵巢切除手术。术后恢复8周,分别饲喂水、高钙鲜奶和对照鲜奶45天后,检测大鼠腰椎和股骨骨密度、血清骨代谢标志物等指标。结果表明,高钙鲜奶能够降低卵巢切除大鼠甲状旁腺素水平,提高钙、磷和VD水平,抑制破骨细胞标志物的产生,促进成骨细胞标志物生成。此外,高钙鲜奶还通过RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路,显著提高骨保护素水平,正向调节骨代谢,保护骨组织,延缓骨质流失,对绝经后骨质疏松症具有较好的预防作用。 To study the effect of fresh milk which rich in calcium and VD on bone health in ovariectomized rats,twenty-four 12-week-old female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.One group underwent pseudoresection,and the other three groups underwent bilateral ovariectomy.After 8 weeks of recovery,the rats were fed water,high calcium fresh milk and control fresh milk for 45 days.The results showed that high calcium fresh milk could reduce the level of PTH,increased the level of calcium,phosphorus and VD,inhibited the production of osteoclast markers and improved the level of osteoblast markers in ovariectomized rats.In addition,through RANKL/RANK/OPG signaling pathway,high calcium fresh milk significantly improved OPG level,positively regulated bone metabolism,protected bone tissue,delayed bone loss,and had a better preventive effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis.
