旅游城市化与民生福祉提升的实现机制研究——以张家界为例

Study on the realization mechanism of tourism urbanization and residents’well-being enhancement:a case study of Zhangjiajie

以张家界为研究对象,构建旅游城市化和民生福祉指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权数并计算综合评价系数,对张家界市20年来的旅游城市化与民生福祉提升水平进行评价,提出张家界旅游城市化与民生福祉提升的实现机制。研究发现:(1)人口城市化与经济城市化会为居民提供更多的就业机会,提升社会消费水平,进而增进经济福祉;(2)空间城市化与社会城市化过程中,通过促进公共卫生事业、交通运输事业、文化教育事业的发展以推动社会福祉的提升;(3)生态城市化中绿化覆盖率和污水处理率的提高能够促进生态福祉的提升,进而实现张家界整体民生福祉的提升。

Taking Zhangjiajie as the research object,by using the entropy value method,the index system of tourism urbanization and residents’well-being is constructed to evaluate the level of tourism urbanization and residents’well-being enhancement in Zhangjiajie city over the past 20 years and the realization mechanism of tourism urbanization and livelihood well-being enhancement in Zhangjiajie is initiated.The results show that:a.demographic urbanization and economic urbanization provide more employment opportunities for residents,promote consumption,thus enhance economic well-being;b.Spatial urbanization and social urbanization can promote the development of public health,transportation,culture and education to enhance social welfare;c.The increase of greening coverage and sewage treatment rate in ecological urbanization can promote the ecological well-being,part of the well-being of the locals.
