高校图书馆纸本期刊信息化管理研究——以淮阴师范学院为例

期刊作为重要馆藏资源,是高校知识传播和信息传递的必要工具,纸本期刊由于可利用性和便捷程度不如电子期刊高,加上管理模式老旧,无法适应信息时代的变化而走近读者。文章从高校图书馆期刊管理工作的实际出发,分析了纸本期刊管理中存在的问题,探讨了信息时代纸本期刊各环节优化管理路径,规范了工作流程,转变了管理模式,通过全流程录入汇文系统实现了检索查找,解决了读者借阅需求,提高了期刊利用率,提升了馆藏品质。

As an important collection resource,journals are necessary tools for knowledge dissemination and information transmission in universities.Paper based journals,due to their lower availability and convenience compared to electronic journals,and their outdated management models,cannot adapt to the changes of the information age and approach readers.Starting from the actual situation of journal management in university libraries,this article analyzes the problems in the management of paper based journals,explores the optimization of management paths in various aspects of paper based journals in the information age,standardizes work processes,transforms management models,and achieves retrieval and search through full process input into the Huiwen system,solving readers’borrowing needs,improving journal utilization rate,and improving library collection quality.
