俄乌冲突时局下中美俄的博弈与政策分析

中美俄三边关系作为当今世界上最为重要的三边关系之一,三者间的博弈既受到大变局的塑造影响,也是推动大变局进一步演化的动力因素。三个国家在自身核心战略目标、意识形态、主流文化的影响作用下,彼此互动与博弈。俄乌冲突爆发以来,世界地缘政治力量分化重组,中美俄在立场和战略选择上各有侧重,三者的博弈呈现出新态势、新变化。当前,中国与俄罗斯以协作方式应对来自美国的压力成为三国博弈的基本态势,中国应当积极调整国家地缘经济战略,警惕美国冷战思维作祟,谨防意识形态争端。

Nowadays,the trilateral relationship between China,the United States and Russia is one of the most important trilateral relations in the world.The game among the three is infl uenced by the great changes,whose further evolution is driven by the game as well.The three countries interact and game with each other under the infl uence of their core strategic goals,ideology and mainstream culture.Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine confl ict,the world’s geopolitical forces have been divided and reorganized.China,the United States and Russia have diff erent priorities in terms of their positions and strategic choices,and the game among the three countries has presented new trends and new changes.At present,China and Russia respond to the pressure from the United States in a cooperative way,which has become the basic trend of the game among the three countries.China should actively adjust its national geo-economic strategy,guard against the cold war mentality of the United States,and guard against ideological disputes.
