国际传播视域下翻译人才的SWOT分析及能力建设

On Cultivating Translatiom Talents’SWOT Analysis Ability from the Percpective of International Communication

国际传播能力是国家国际话语权和国家软实力建设的重要成分,翻译是国际传播的桥梁。面对新型国际形势,培养社会发展急需的、具备国际传播能力的翻译人才成为重要议题。借用SWOT分析法明确翻译人才国际传播能力培养面临的内部优势和机遇、外部劣势和威胁,根据相应的分析重构国际传播视域下翻译人才的培养策略。

International communication ability is an important component of the country’s international discourse power and national soft power construction,and translation is the bridge of international communication.In the face of new international situation,it has become an important issue to cultivate translation talents with international communication capabilities that are urgently needed for social development.With the help of SWOT analysis method,this paper sorts out the internal advantages and opportunities,external disadvantages and threats when cultivating translation talents’international communication ability,and puts forward corresponding strategies for cultivating translation talents from the perspective of international communication.
