人力资本视域下中小企业员工非正式学习研究

摘要 伴随着社会经济的高速发展,知识更新速度日益加快,仅依靠学校学习到的知识,已无法满足新时期企业员工的工作和生活需求。终身教育、终身学习,已成为社会发展的潮流,既可以帮助企业员工优化自身素质,改善生活品质,也是促进企业实现稳定可持续发展的迫切需要。目前,已有越来越多的企业员工了解到学习能力对个人职业生涯发展和企业发展带来的影响,但由于企业员工较为特殊,学习方式的选择和学习形式的选择,将会对企业学习效果带来直接影响。非正式学习作为一种组织过程较为灵活多样的学习形式,受到新时期企业员工的青睐和关注。 With the rapid development of social economy,the speed of knowledge updating is accelerating day by day.Only relying on the knowledge learned in school can no longer meet enterprise employees’work and life needs in the new era.Lifelong education and lifelong learning have become the development trend of the society,because they can help employees improve their own quality and the quality of life,and promote enterprises to achieve stable and sustainable development.At present,more and more enterprise employees have known the impact of learning ability on personal career development and enterprise development.However,due to the special nature of enterprise employees,the choice of learning methods and learning forms will have a direct impact on the learning eff ect of enterprises.Informal learning,as a fl exible and diverse learning form in the organizational process,gets favored and concerned by the employees of enterprises in the new era.
