澳门地区建筑遗产法律保护制度历史沿革、现状与完善

On History Development,Present Situation and Improvement of Legal Protection System of Architectural Heritage in Macao Region

澳门地区在城市发展变迁中保留了大量丰富的中西结合建筑遗产,具有鲜明中葡文化特征。为保护这些建筑遗产,澳门地区政府构建了专门保护机制,制定了以《文化遗产保护法》为核心的法律制度,取得了积极效果,值得推广、借鉴。面对局促城市面积、高密度人口压力和城市快速发展,需对现存法律法规进行完善,以达到更好的保护效果。

In the process of urban development and changes in Macao Region,a great number of rich architectural heritage combining Chinese and Western have been retained with distinct characteristics of Chinese and Portuguese culture.For protecting these architectural heritages,the Macao Region government has established a special protection mechanism and formulated a legal system with Cultural Heritage Protection Law as the core.All these measures have achieved positive results and are worth popularizing and learning from.Faced with the pressure of cramped urban area,high-density population and rapid urban development,existing laws and regulations need to be improved to achieve better protection eff ects.
