摘要
三乙胺(TEA)目前在工业上应用较广,其作为挥发性有机物,有强烈的刺激性气味且易燃,严重威胁到人们的生命安全,因此,需要对其进行及时有效的监测。采用水-溶剂热法合成出类海胆状Zn2SnO4材料,对其进行TG、XRD、SEM等表征,并将其制备成传感器。该传感器的最佳工作温度为160℃,100ppm TEA气体的灵敏度为26.04,且具有较好的选择性。
Triethylamine(TEA),as a volatile organic compound,is widely used in industry.It can seriously harm the safety of people’s lives because it is fl ammable with a strong pungent smell.Hence,it should be given timely and eff ective monitor.With the help of water-solvothermal method,sea urchin-like Zn2SnO4 material,which is characterized by TG,XRD,SEM,can be synthesized from triethylamine;then,the sensor is prepared to measure the gas sensing property to TEA.The sensor shows good selectivity with 26.04 sensitivity towards 100 ppm TEA,and its optimum working temperature is 160℃.
