History and Prospect of Geological Work in Shenfu Coalfield

二十世纪八十年代初中国神府煤田的发现,是中华人民共和国成立以来我国煤炭工业最重大的资源发现之一,为二十一世纪中国煤炭工业战略西移奠定了基础。煤田的发现是不同行业的几代地质工作者接力完成的。在新的历史条件下,地质工作应围绕煤田绿色开发和矿山地质环境保护,担当起地质保障和技术支撑之任。

The discovery of Shenfu Coalfield in China in the early 1980s was one of the most significant resource discoveries in Chinas coal industry since the founding of the Peoples Republic of China,which laid a foundation for the westward shift of Chinas coal indus-try strategy in the 21st century.The discovery of the coalfield was completed by several generations of geologists in different industries.Under the new historical conditions,geological work should focus on the green development of coal fields and the protection of the mine geological environment,and play the role of geological guarantee and technical support.
