摘要 为了提高HL-2M脉冲发电机励磁控制系统的控制效率,实现HL-2M高参数等离子体物理实验先进控制,基于CompactRIO嵌入式系统设计了一种兼具励磁调节与脉冲触发功能,可适用于不同脉冲发电机的励磁控制器。励磁调节在RT中执行,在1ms控制周期内实时调节励磁电压实现发电机输出控制,同时检测过压过流故障信号和进行灭磁处理,并可根据需求灵活设置励磁调节方式;依托CompactRIO的可重配FPGA实现同步信号周期检测、同步信号故障判断、双窄脉冲生成等功能;上位机具有控制命令发送/接收、数据传输与解析、数据保存与显示功能;通过TCP/IP协议和共享变量实现励磁控制器内部可靠通讯。搭建小型实验平台进行励磁控制器功能验证,同步信号周期测量误差小于10μs。结果表明:该控制器具有良好的可靠性,满足基本功能需求。 An excitation controller is designed to improve the efficiency of the excitation control system for HL-2M pulse generator based on CompactRIO.It is suitable for different pulse generator with excitation regulation and pulse trigger.The excitation regulation part designed in RT executes realtime and deterministic tasks by 1ms period that include adjusting the excitation voltage,detecting fault signals,removing the magnetic field and configuring PID.The excitation trigger realized by the reconfigurable FPGA of CompactRIO consists of input and output unit,synchronous signal processing and pulse generation module respectively.There are the functions of control command sending/receiving,data transmission,data analysis,data storage and data display in the upper computer.The internal communication of excitation controller is realized through TCP/IP protocol and shared variables technology.The fundamental functions of the excitation controller are verified based on a small self-build experimental platform which the measurement error of the synchronous signal period is less than 10μs.The results indicate that the controller performs reliably and meets the functional requirements.
