摘要
风险社会需要具有独立思考判断能力、社会责任伦理素质、全球性思维行动力的“公共人”以对抗内外风险压力。大学生作为社会主义现代化建设的接班人,“公共人”意识存在缺失的现象,主要原因包括:在社会层面,“公共人”生成机制先天不足;在高等教育层面,“公共人”意识培养存在两难困境;就学生个体而言,公共精神缺失或失衡。培育当代大学生“公共人”意识的路径在于:守正、创新、人本教育结合,引导其公共价值;家庭、学校、社会三管齐下,培养其公共理性;环境、制度、渠道协调并进,促进公共理性精神的践行。
The risk society needs"public man"with independent thinking and judgment ability,social responsibility and ethical quality,and global thinking and action ability to counter internal and external risk pressures.As the successors of socialist construction of modernization,college students lack the consciousness of"public man",mainly due to the following reasons:at the level of society,the generation mechanism of"public man"is inherently insufficient;at the level of higher education,there is a dilemma in the cultivation of the consciousness of"public man";and at the level of individual students,there is a lack or imbalance of public spirit.The cultivation path of the"public person"consciousness of contemporary college students lies in the combination of integrity,innovation and humanistic education to guide their public values;the three-pronged approach of family,school and society to cultivate their public rationality;and the coordination of environment,system and channels to promote the practice of the spirit of public rationality.
