提升山东省科技型中小企业创新能力的对策研究

Research on strategies to enhance the innovation ability of technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province

科技型中小企业又称知识密集型实体经济,在区域创新发展体系中扮演重要角色。近几年,山东省科技型中小企呈现“规模稳步增长,结构继续优化,质量持续提高”的特点,但创新人才匮乏、创新研发资金相对短缺、创新环境有待优化等问题,是当前山东科技型中小企业发展所面临的主要困境。文章提出强化企业创新主体地位,完善创新金融服务体系,加强人才引进和培养,贯彻落实好各项创新举措,赋能山东省科技型中小企业高质量发展。

Technological small and medium-sized enterprises,also known as knowledge intensive real economy,play an important role in the regional innovation and development system.In recent years,technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province have shown the characteristics of“steady growth in scale,continuous optimization of structure,and continuous improvement of quality”.However,the main difficulties faced by the development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong are the lack of innovative talents,relative shortage of innovative research and development funds,and the need to optimize the innovation environment.The article proposes to strengthen the main position of enterprise innovation,improve the innovative financial service system,strengthen talent introduction and training,implement various innovative measures,and empower the high-quality development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province.
