医药卫生类高校毕业生就业问题和对策研究

医药卫生类高校毕业生是医疗卫生健康事业的储备力量,其就业质量对社会卫生事业的发展有重要影响。近年来,随着毕业生人数逐年增长、招聘岗位增幅缩减,此类群体就业形势较为严峻。文章从就业区域、学历层次、性别等角度探究当下此类毕业生就业现况,进一步发现其凸显的“供需不平衡”“慢就业”等就业问题,挖掘影响就业选择的相关因素,针对性地从社会、高校、毕业生3方面提出优化路径,助力医药类毕业生实现更高质量、更充分的就业。

Medical and health graduates are the reserve force of medical and health undertakings,and their employment quality has an important impact on the development of social and health undertakings.In recent years,as the number of medical graduates increases year by year and the increase of recruitment positions decreases,the employment situation is more severe.This article explores the current employment situation of such graduates from the perspective of employment region,education level,gender and other aspects,further finds its prominent“supply and demand imbalance”,“slow employment”and other employment problems,excavates the relevant factors affecting employment choice,and puts forward the optimization path from the three levels of society,universities and graduates to help medical graduates achieve higher quality and more adequate employment.
