摘要
高速公路建设中,不良地质高填方路堤基底处治是设计和施工的关键环节。结合工程实例对富水淤泥质不良地质条件下高填方路堤边坡稳定性及裂缝产生原因进行分析,并对病害进行综合治理,研究结果表明:含砂淤泥层是否可用于路基基础,应通过含砂率指标、地基承载力检测、边坡稳定性验算等确定,当地质条件不满足路堤填筑要求时进行填筑施工,将加剧路堤病害的产生;在富水淤泥质地层进行高填方路堤施工造成地下水位上升,将进一步加剧路基沉降等病害的产生;“微型钢管桩帽加固+周边注浆”处置方案可有效治理富水淤泥质地层高填方路基沉降等病害,处治约20 d后边坡变形趋于稳定。治理措施的成功应用为类似工程提供一定工程借鉴。
In the construction of expressway,the treatment of the embankment base with unfavorable geological high fill is the key link in the design and construction.Combined with engineering examples,the causes of stability and cracks of high-fill embankment slope under poor geological conditions of water-rich silt are analyzed,and the diseases are comprehensively treated.The research results show that:Whether the sandy silt layer can be used for the subgrade foundation should be determined by the sand content index,the bearing capacity of the foundation test,and the stability of the slope check.When the geological conditions do not meet the requirements of embankment filling,the filling construction will aggravate the embankment disease.The construction of high fill embankment in the water-rich silt layer will cause the groundwater level to rise,which will further aggravate the subgrade settlement and other diseases.The treatment scheme of"micro steel pipe pile cap reinforcement+peripheral grouting"can effectively control the settlement of the high-fill embankment with water-rich silt texture and other diseases,and the slope deformation tends to be stable after about 20 days of treatment.The successful application of the control measures provides some engineering reference for similar projects.
