建管养运一体化模式下高速公路网适应性指标体系研究

摘要 传统的高速公路网适应性研究主要考虑高速公路网的规模与布局,所用指标多为综合密度、路网连通度和饱和度,对路网的安全性、绿色可持续发展和交通附属服务缺乏系统研究。因此,传统研究得出的结论多为增量规划。当前,中国高速公路网规模已高居世界第一,考虑国土空间规划和耕地政策的更严要求,基于建管养运一体化模式发展要求,重点分析了经济适应性、交通量适应性、基础设施病害性、荷载适应性、养护便捷程度、交通影响程度、监测覆盖度、运营管理规范化、建筑界限适应性、附属设施适应性等“存量优化”适应性指标,借鉴主成分分析法,建立了高速公路网综合指标体系框架,并以湖南省为例,提出了湖南高速公路网优化的几个发展方向。 Traditional expressway network adaptability research mainly considers the scale and layout of expressway network,and the indicators used are mostly comprehensive density,road network connectivity and saturation.There is a lack of systematic research on the safety of road network,green sustainable development and traffic ancillary services.Therefore,the conclusions of traditional research are mostly incremental planning.At present,the scale of China s expressway network has ranked first in the world.Considering the stricter requirements of land space planning and cultivated land policy,based on the development requirements of the integrated mode of construction,management,maintenance and transportation,this paper focuses on the analysis of the adaptability indicators of"stock optimization"such as infrastructure disease resistance,load adaptability,maintenance convenience,traffic impact,monitoring coverage,standardized operation management,building boundary adaptability,and ancillary facility adaptability.Using the principal component analysis method for reference,a comprehensive indicator system framework of expressway network has been established.Taking Hunan Province as an example,several development directions of Hunan expressway network optimization are proposed.
