摘要
永磁同步电机定子闭口槽可以有效抑制电机齿槽转矩。文章以一台6槽4极的永磁同步电动机为例,通过有限元法建立电动机电磁场模型,利用ANSYS Maxwell软件进行有限元仿真,分析了定子闭口槽前及闭口槽后对永磁电机齿槽转矩大小的影响,并制作样件进行试验。仿真及试验研究表明,合理设计定子闭口槽可以有效抑制齿槽转矩,降低电机噪声。
The cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be effectively suppressed by closed slot in stator teeth.Taking a permanent magnet synchronous motor with 6 slots and 4 poles as an example,the electromagnetic field model of the motor is established by finite element method,and the finite element simulation is carried out by ANSYS Maxwell software.The influence of the stator before and after designing closed slot on the cogging torque of the permanent magnet motor is analyzed.The manual sample is made and tested to prove the simulation results.The simulation and experimental results show that the reasonable design of the closed slot of stator teeth can effectively suppress the cogging torque and reduce the motor noise.
