一种专用扭矩传感器在CVT软件标定过程中的应用

摘要 无级自动变速器(CVT)钢带打滑是其常见的失效形式之一。为避免钢带打滑,夹紧力标定成为变速箱控制单元(TCU)软件标定的重要内容,而夹紧力主要基于发动机扭矩进行计算而来的。鉴于发动机通过控制器局域网络(CAN)发送至CVT变速器TCU的扭矩信号与实际传输到离合器的扭矩值存在偏差,而CVT变速器基于成本考虑未安装扭矩传感器采集系统导致夹紧力计算因无法准确识别发动机实际输入扭矩而出现偏差。论文创造性地将应变片布置在CVT变速器内采集发动机实际输入扭矩,支撑夹紧力精确控制与标定,最终得出扭矩偏差修正表,有效提升钢带寿命及变速器传动效率。 For continuously variable transmission(CVT),steel belt slipping is one of the common forms of failure.To avoid slipping of the steel belt,the clamping force calibration of CVT is an important part of transmission control unit(TCU) software calibration.The clamping force is mainly calculated based on engine torque.In view of the deviation between the torque signal sent by the engine to the TCU of CVT via controller area network(CAN) and the actual torque value transmitted to the clutch,and the CVT is not equipped with a torque sensor acquisition system based on cost consideration to cause calculation deviation of clamping force without the actual engine input torque.In this paper,strain gauges are creatively arranged in CVT to collect actual engine input torque,to support accurate control and calibration of clamping force,and get input torque offset map finally,effectively improving the lifetime of steel belts and the transmission efficiency.
