经牙列套给药治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of desensitizer administration by customized dentition tray in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity

目的:探讨经牙列套给药治疗牙本质过敏症的效果。方法:纳入牙本质过敏症患者96例共146颗患牙,分为实验组(A)与对照组(B),A组50例(74颗患牙),B组46例(72颗患牙)。实验组采用经牙列套给药脱敏治疗,对照组采用常规涂抹脱敏治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前牙体敏感度无统计学差异;A组治疗后即刻,治疗中1周,治疗中2周,总有效率分别为:78.4%、86.5%、91.9%,B组分别为54.2%、61.1%、65.3%(P<0.05);治疗结束后1周,1个月,A组总有效率分别为89.2%、82.4%,B组分别为69.4%和55.6%(P<0.05)。结论:经牙列套给药治疗牙本质过敏症疗效优于单纯涂抹治疗。

Objective:To observe the effects of desensitizer administration by customized dentition tray in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.Methods:146 teeth of 96 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were divided into 2 group randomly,with 50 cases(74 teeth)in the experimental group(group A)and 46 cases(72 teeth)in the control group(group B).The teeth in group A were treated with desensitizers administrated by customized dentition tray,while in group B with desensitizer applied manually.The grade of sensitivity before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:There was no significant difference in tooth hypersensitivity between the 2 groups at baseline.The total effective rate of group A promptly after 1st treatment,1 and 2 weeks during treatment(78.4%,86.5%and 91.9%respectively)is significantly higher than that of group B(54.2%,61.1%and 65.3%respectively,P<0.05).7 days and 1 month after treatment,the total effective rate of group A was 89.2%and 82.4%respectively,which was significantly higher than that of group B(69.4%and 55.6%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of dentin hypersensitivity with desensitizers administrated by customized dentition tray is more effective than that of manually application.
