一种新的同期龈乳头重建术修复牙龈瘤切除后龈乳头缺损

A new reconstruction surgery for gingival papilla defect after epulis resection

目的:采用一种新的带蒂上皮下结缔组织旋转瓣结合侧向转位瓣的手术方法同期修复牙龈瘤术后龈乳头缺损,并观察其疗效。方法:纳入发生于上前牙美学区龈乳头部位的牙龈瘤3例,常规龈瘤切除术,同期行带蒂上皮下结缔组织旋转瓣结合邻牙侧向转位瓣修复龈乳头缺损。结果:术后1年,3例患者均无复发,术后龈乳头充盈度提高,角化龈宽度增加,患者满意度(VAS)由1~3升高至7~10。结论:带蒂上皮下结缔组织旋转瓣结合侧向转位瓣能使牙龈瘤术后龈乳头得到较好的修复,从而改善美学区牙龈瘤术后龈乳头缺损导致的美学缺陷。

Objective:To study the effects of a new surgical procedure in the treatment of gingival papilla defects after epulis resection.Methods:3 patients with epulis located on the gingival papilla of upper anterior teeth were included.After epulis resection,the papilla defects were treated with connective tissue transposition flap combined with laterally transposition flap.Results:There were no recurrence after 1 year follow-up.The filling degree of gingival papilla increased,the keratinize gingival width increased and the satisfaction(VAS)increased from 1-3 to 7-10.ConcIusion:Connective tissue flap transposition combined with lateral flap transposition may produce ideal esthetic results in the treatment of gingival papilla defects after epulis resection.
