健康中国背景下养老事业产业协同发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of the Elderly Care Industry under the Background of Healthy China

为解决我国人口老龄化带来的养老需求增长问题,党和国家作出“推进健康中国建设”的战略部署,提出“实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略”,推进养老事业和产业有机结合、协同发展。现阶段我国养老事业和产业发展中存在养老事业难以满足老龄化社会需求、政府支持力度不足、社会力量参与积极性不高、专业人员缺乏等问题,应采取推进养老事业社会化、转变传统养老观念、加大配套设施建设、加强政策引导和法规建设、加快专业人才培养、重视康养结合的协同发展路径,从而拉动内需、刺激消费市场、发展内循环、促进经济增长,以达到提升老年人的身心健康和生活质量,实现健康中国建设的目标。

To address the growing demand for elderly care caused by population aging in our country,the Communist Party of China and the state have made strategic deployment of“promoting the construction of a healthy China”,proposed the“implementation of the national strategy of actively coping with the aging of the population”,and promoted the organic combination and synergistic development of the elderly care business and industry.In view of the problems that exist in the development of China’s elderly care business and industry at this stage,such as the elderly care business failing to meet the needs of the aging society,insufficient government support,low enthusiasm of social forces to participate,and a lack of professional personnel in the development of China’s elderly care industry,we should take the coordinated development path of promoting the socialization of the elderly care business,changing the traditional concept of elderly care,increasing the construction of supporting facilities,strengthening policy guidance and regulations,accelerating the training of professionals,and emphasizing the combination of recreation and health,so as to promote domestic demand,stimulate the consumer market,develop internal circulation and promote economic growth.Only in this way,can we be able to improve the physical and mental health and quality of life of the elderly and achieve the goal of building a healthy China.
