摘要
面向全域作战要求,分析战争新形态、指挥控制新范式、技术新推动,提出全域作战指挥信息系统的基本要素、应用架构以及关键能力;围绕全域作战指挥信息系统构建,提出五大核心支柱,即开发、安全和运维一体化(development,security,and operations,DevSecOps)、人工智能、数字建模、试验仿真、泛在网络;针对具体支柱,阐述其在全域作战指挥信息系统中的作用,并给出支撑能力形成的关键性措施.
Focused on the demands of the all-domain operation,the new shape of war,the new paradigm of command and control and the new thrusts of technologies are analyzed.Then,the basic elements,the application architecture and the key capabilities of all-domain operation command information system are proposed.Concentrated on the construction of all-domain command information system,the five core pillars are proposed,i.e.,DevSecOps,artificial intelligence,digital modeling,test simulation,ubiquitous network.For each specific pillar,the role of it in all-domain command information system is expounded,and the key measures to form the support capabilities are presented.
