门冬胰岛素在妊娠糖尿病治疗中的临床应用及对血糖的影响分析

Clinical Application of Menthol Insulin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Analysis of Its Effect on Blood Glucose

目的分析门冬胰岛素在妊娠糖尿病治疗中的临床应用及对血糖的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月山东省平邑县妇幼保健院妇产科收治的70例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组35例,对照组给予生物合成人胰岛素治疗,观察组给予门冬胰岛素。比较两组血糖达标时间、治疗前后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹胰岛素水平、总有效率、母婴不良事件发生率。结果观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组,治疗后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹胰岛素水平低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,母婴不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病优于生物合成人胰岛素,且母婴不良事件发生率低,可有效改善产妇的预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of menthol insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on blood glucose.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Pingyi County,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each group,the control group were given biosynthetic human insulin treatment,and the observation group was given menthol insulin.The time to achieve the blood glucose standard,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,fasting insulin level,overall efficiency,and incidence of maternal and infant adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a shorter time to reach the blood glucose standard than the control group,and the patients'fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,and fasting insulin levels after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the overall efficiency was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse events was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Menthol insulin is better than biosynthetic human insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes,and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse events is low,which can effectively improve maternal prognosis.
