责任制整体护理在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Accountable Holistic Care in the Care of Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者护理中采用责任制整体护理措施对于护理工作的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2022年12月在东莞市石排医院治疗的50例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为糖尿病护理A组(25例,普通护理)与糖尿病护理B组(25例,普通护理+责任制整体护理),比较两组的血糖指标、皮肤感染情况、满意情况、生活质量、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,糖尿病护理B组患者血糖指标低于糖尿病护理A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,糖尿病护理B组患者皮肤感染发生率低于糖尿病护理A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,糖尿病护理B组患者满意度高于糖尿病护理A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病护理B组患者生活质量评分高于糖尿病护理A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者接受责任制整体护理后效果十分明显,能够有效控制血糖指标,降低皮肤感染发生率,提升患者满意度和生活质量,优化老年糖尿病患者的护理体验。

Objective To explore the impact of using accountable holistic care measures in the care of elderly diabetic patients on nursing care.Methods 50 elderly patients with diabetes who were treated in Dongguan Shipai Hospital from May 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into diabetes nursing group A(25 cases,general nursing)and diabetes nursing group B(25 cases,general nursing+responsibility based holistic nursing)by random digital method.The blood glucose index,skin infection,satisfaction,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose index of diabetes nursing group B was lower than that of diabetes nursing group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of skin infection in diabetes nursing group B was lower than that in diabetes nursing group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the satisfaction of patients in diabetes nursing group B was higher than that in diabetes nursing group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of diabetes nursing group B was significantly higher than that of diabetes nursing group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with diabetes received the responsibility system of holistic nursing,which has obvious effects.It can effectively control blood glucose indicators,reduce the incidence of skin infection,improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,and optimize the nursing experience of elderly patients with diabetes.
